About this project

This project replaces manual roll calls with a camera-based system. It detects and recognizes faces using deep learning embeddings, marks attendance automatically, prevents proxy attendance, and gives faculty a dashboard with reports, defaulter lists and export options. Students receive email notifications for low attendance. The system is trained on student photos collected during registration and improves accuracy over time.
